What I love to do is also use essential oils when I shower.  I use only pure essential oils that are not oily, and when I turn the Shower on, I put a few drops of my favorite essential oils on the floor of the shower. I try to place the drops on the side or corner. This way, the water doesn’t just flush it down the drain.  When I need to be energized and wake up and feel refreshed, I will use wild orange or any citrus essential oil since that helps lift my mood and instant happiness.  Sometimes if I have a hard day and looking to relax and calm down, I will use a lavender or serenity blend of essential oils, and this will relieve any stress from the day and help you to wind down for bed.
